How Billing Works
Monthly Billing & Head Days
Head-Day Rate
Feed and yardage charges are calculated on actual head-days during each billing cycle:

10 head × 30 days × $7.00/day = $2,100.00
Monthly Invoicing
- → Invoices sent via QuickBooks Online on the last day of each month
- → Each invoice includes billing period, animal ID, service date, quantity, rate, and amount
- → Additional services billed as incurred — appear as separate line items
- → Billing estimates provided in 90-day intervals — not guaranteed final totals

Prices shown are estimates only and subject to change. Quantity discounts may be available for larger groups or bundled services. All charges are per head unless otherwise noted.
Development Philosophy
Our program emphasizes fertility, performance, disposition, and presentation. Each animal receives daily health checks, clean water, quality forage, feed, and minerals.
Arrival Expectations
Upon arrival, cattle are checked in, vaccinated, marked if selected, and evaluated for health issues. We recommend shipping healthy cattle with hay provided before hauling.
Pre-Shipping Tips
Ship healthy cattle. Provide hay before hauling. Avoid extreme weather. Ensure proper tagging and vaccination records are complete before delivery.
